How do you guarantee coffee quality and freshness?

In the milling analysis officially conducted by https://cingtagro.com/, we always verify moisture levels and the factor prior to container loading. The measurements we use are between 11.5% and 12.0% moisture. To prevent moisture increase during transport, we use GrainPro bags which ensure conditions are not altered by temperature changes during transit to the destination.
